Our
client is an indoor family edutainment centre which offers an interactive
learning and entertainment experience for kids in a kid-sized city to deliver
the first-of-its-kind edutainment fun.Headquartered in Mutiara Damansara . In
line with their expansion, they are currently looking for suitable candidates
to join them on a long term basis.
Salary: RM1100
Fixed Allowance: RM200
Meal Allowance: RM5
Working days: 6 days
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30AM-5.30PM
Saturday / Sunday: 9AM-4PM / 4PM-9PM.
Working Location: Mutiara Damansara,Petaling Jaya.
Job descriptions:
- To ensure the areas are clean and well maintained.
- Interact with the children who visit theme park and implement the dynamics in compliance with documentation, guidelines and procedures determined by the commercial partners
- Attend to and provide solution to visitor complaints and simple problems and direct them to the Coordinator if needed
- To ensure the high standard of interaction between the staff and the visitors.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum
SPM / Diploma holder
- Preferably
those with some exposure in service industry and some experience in
organizing small events i.e. birthday party or alike
- Good
command in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able
to maintain & strengthen the relationship with customers
- Pleasant
personality with good negotiating and presentation skills
- Good
teamwork spirit, pro-active, independent & passionate with his/her job
